Ortel Technologies just completed our latest wireless network system upgrade in our 370-room New York property. The entire process, from complete installation of new cabling to implementing the new system, was totally transparent to our guests. The Ortel installers were very professional and polite. They treated our staff and guests as if they themselves worked directly for our hotel. That’s why we have used Ortel for over 20 years and would recommend them to anyone.
Ortel installed a CCTV security camera system in my home… although a very small job for them, I was treated like I own a castle. The Ortel installers were friendly, polite and very clean, and they finished the job in one day. They also set it up on my phone and trained me how to work the system. When I needed help a week later, they… got my phone viewer working again and didn’t charge anything extra. Thanks Ortel!!
Ortel Technologies installed a new wireless internet system for my hotel in 2015. I have yet to have one guest complaint regarding speed or coverage, both of which were issues before the upgrade. The managed solution we purchased was very competitively priced… support services have been excellent… and the system has performed better than expected. Highly recommended!!
Ortel Technologies installed the entire cabling infrastructure for my hotel in 2003. We never have had a cable-related issue since opening day. As a matter of fact, we have had several network upgrades since opening, without needing additional cabling anywhere in the property. Ortel had mentioned that they over-cable all of their new construction projects… I would have to agree, because 12 years later this still holds true.
